MEET YOUR COACH,
WADE WASS
After experiencing both success and setbacks, Wade shifted toward long-term athlete development focused on movement quality, durability, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Drafted in the 13th round, Wade spent five seasons in the Los Angeles Angels organization, working his way up to AAA while navigating the demands and discipline of professional baseball.
Wade’s foundation started early through years of travel ball, repetition, and competitive play. He later competed at the University of Alabama, learning what it takes to perform consistently at the Division I level.

This is a garage gym built for grit. Small groups keep it focused so every session counts. There are no distractions and no wasted time. We coach it straight and expect athletes to show up ready to work. We're direct, structured, and here to help athletes who are serious about improving.
